Don’t have enough time to bring back a rented vehicle with a full tank? No worries! We’ll do it for you!
In order you to feel more comfortable with car rental in Tbilisi or other cities, we adopted two fuel plans (FPO). No matter which option you choose, we provide your booked car with a full tank. Which fuel plan (FPO) you choose upon returning – is up to you!
* Bring back full
You can choose a standard option to bring back a vehicle with a full tank of gasoline. We will kindly ask you to fuel the hired car with a certain type of quality petrol for your pleasant driving experience.
* Pay at place
We know that you may not have enough time for filling the tank. It may be even more time consuming when you rent a car in an unknown country. That’s the reason we provide you with an option to bring the vehicle back with any amount left and just pay for the rest at place. We will charge you with what the gasoline price is at the time of payment.
We will send you an e-mail with the information about gasoline prices and petrol stations after you make a reservation at KM Rental Cars.
Mileage details
We know how disturbing it can be to rent a car in Tbilisi with a limited mileage and be obliged to pay for extra miles additionally. That's why at KM Rental Cars you are provided with unlimited mileage (UNL).
It means you no longer will have to do a calculation of scheduled trip distances before you rent a car to choose a mileage plan and even more – make additional payments for exceeded miles later.
Sometimes you might get an offer of an unlimited mileage (UNL), there may be regional or daily constraints. We will not bother you with such kinds of limitations and hidden fees - you only pay once!
Car rental insurance
Travel in Georgia with a peace of mind as we will take care of any unforeseen expenses.
When you hire a car at KM Rental Cars you can be sure to receive the best insurance conditions.
We have insured the civil liability of all our clients to third parties. The insurance coverage (limit) is GEL 25,000. Compensation is subject to damage caused to the property and health of third parties resulting from an accident, the culprit of which is our client.
The insurance is valid only on the territory of Georgia.
Free 24-hour insurance assistance service is at your disposal in case of need.
Also remember: do not move the car after the traffic accident and immediately call 112. Moving the car or violating the traffic rules can lead to inaction of the insurance policy. Such violation will lead to fines as well.
Car rental discounts

We have worked out several discount plans depending on rental duration so you can save money.
Discount plans depending on rental duration can vary from 5 to 15% and more.

Signing a contract
Before receiving a booked vehicle you will be asked to sign a contract. Please read it carefully in forward!
We try to improve your experience of car rental in Georgia by all means and arranged a contract signing process, which is less time consuming and easy for you.
To rent a car in Tbilisi you will need a passport and a driving license (DL). We strongly encourage you to send a scanned copy of this documents in forward so we will be able to prepare all the documents before your arrival.
You will only need to look through them and add your signature.
Make sure you are aware about every detail of an agreement.

Payment
Transparent and flexible payment system is designed for you to rent a car with no hidden or additional fees.
After completing the booking process online, you will be informed about the total sum of the car rental service, which can be paid online instantly or later. In the later option you have to make a payment 72 hours prior to the date a vehicle is going to be received, otherwise your reservation will be cancelled. We receive online payment via PayPal.
Payment at place to our employee, while receiving the car is by cash.
While making online payment for car rental you have to pay relevant % of full amount of the rental price, the rest - at place, while receiving the car.
* Refund
If you have already paid for the services, but your plans changed, than you can cancel your reservation 72 hours before the start of rental. We take only transfer fee (6%) from full amount of the rental price.
All taxes for transactions are included in prices shown while booking.

Deposit
You have to provide deposit by cash when you receive a vehicle.
